Shipping and Return
We provide delivery with Niz-The-Wiz and Golog on all orders within Klang Valley only. For updated delivery locations coverage, please feel free to check the delivery coverage area by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- All Love18 Chocolates are delivered chilled with ice-pack using Niz-The-Wiz and Golog service.
- For all our First Love Series of chocolate, Love18 deploy our unique ‘hand-made to order’ process. All order will be produced the same day the order is placed, and ship to you during next day, and reach at your doorstep at third day. This is to ensure the chocolate you receive from Love18 is fresh and in best tasting condition.
- Delivery is available throughout the year including weekends.
- Love18 only ship our products within Klang Valley at this moment. We will extend our shipping overage to other area soon.
- Upon dispatch of your order, a unique tracking number will be emailed to you to facilitate tracking of your shipment.
- Customers will be charged for RM12 promotional delivery rate (Standard Delivery Rate is RM20~RM27) Please note that the surcharge per delivery is solely used to cover charges for the Niz-The-Wiz and Golog service, which ensures that your chocolates arrive to you chilled and in the best condition possible.
- Free Delivery promotion is given to customers who order above RM200 per order.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org after your package arrives. We are not able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, carrier logistical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it (if applicable).
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if Love18 is not at fault.
